About the Company

Incorporated in 2017, Valencia India Limited operates the Valencia Club Abu resort located in Abu Road, Sirohi, Rajasthan, offering hospitality and resort services. Founded by promoter Mr. Keyur Patel, who brings 25 years of experience in construction and building design, the company initially operated the resort through a lease arrangement with Basil Buildcon Private Limited before acquiring the club building and select villas in 2024.

Strengths

  • Valencia Abu offers a serene location, premium accommodations, and versatile event spaces, making it ideal for leisure and destination events.
  • Offers personalized services, diverse amenities, and a focus on comfort, safety, and guest satisfaction.
  • The company’s RCI affiliation enhances global reach and credibility while giving members access to a wide network of international vacation exchanges.
  • The promoter’s 20+ years of industry experience enhances the company’s credibility, attracts partnerships, and drives long-term growth.

Risks

  • Dependence on a long-term lease with Club Mahindra may limit income growth and expose profitability to risk if the agreement is terminated or rent revisions fall below market trends.
  • Inability to balance the timing of vacation requests may lead to member dissatisfaction or underutilized inventory, impacting reputation and revenue.
  • The long-term agreement with RCI may limit room availability for own members, potentially leading to dissatisfaction and reputational impact.
  • The long-term agreement with RCI may limit room availability for own members, potentially leading to dissatisfaction and reputational impact.
  • Heavy reliance on Club Mahindra for rental income poses a risk, as early termination post lock-in could disrupt cash flow and profitability.
  • The company’s seasonal business sees high income during vacations and low occupancy in off-seasons, causing revenue volatility.
  • Inability to attract or retain skilled and experienced personnel may hinder operations, growth, and overall business performance.
